Extreme Cash Coaching

What is Extreme Cash Coaching

Launched in January 2009 by Kyle Nichols. ECC was not designed to be “just another opportunity”.

A consortium of  successful marketers, joined with Kyle to develop a company that would offer quality comprehensive training to all marketers, whether complete newbie or successful. The opportunity to get you, and your subscribers into a position of profit in a moderately short period of time, then go onto develop a 6 figure income in the year ahead, promotes a stable and profitable company for all.

As anyone with any experience knows. To be successful in internet marketing you need thorough training.  “Get rich quick” schemes are a waste of time and money and should be avoided. They will cause only frustration and failure. If it sounds too good to be true, you can guarantee it is too good to be true.

Making money online is the direct result of mastering the techniques of marketing. When you understand the techniques, you will be able to market virtually anything, and you are encouraged to use your newly gained knowledge to develop income streams in other ventures of your choice.

Extreme Cash Coaching is a “no fluff, no hype” company, that takes the care to mentor you through all stages of marketing, using quality training to help you master web 2.0 techniques, as well as PPC, SEO and in fact all methods, software and tools needed to become totally proficient in your endeavors.

I have seen many courses costing  $1000’s that offer less long term support and assistance than you get as standard with Extreme Cash Coaching, and the fact that training is ongoing means that you can stay totally up to date with whatever may be happening in the marketing world.

There are no monthly fees, just a small, one off yearly subscription for membership and training.

Training

The training and support is exceptional. It includes 100’s of hours of Video and Audio. We have live training webinars every week, which are recorded, so if by chance you can’t make the live event you can catch up at your leisure. We also have opportunity webinars to send your prospects to, and we also have a skype based meeting room, which is open 24 hrs a day, so if you have a problem or a question you can get an answer virtually straight away or you can submit a ticket request for the answer.

You can get whatever training you want, and if by chance its not listed, Kyle will still be able to help. Believe me, you will be impressed with the training and back up facilities.

Compensation Plan

I point out that this is not an MLM. You are paid immediately $400 for everyone you directly sponsor and $50 for everyone they sponsor. The $400 payment is then repeated yearly which multiplies your earnings year on year.

Cost of joining is $497 with the company retaining only $47 for the complete training package per year.

This represents a massive 90% payout, so all sales made in your 1st year, are repeated annually thereafter.

I know that you’ll love the company, for the professional way it is run. For the excellent training and support, and for the income opportunity that lies before you.

Extreme Cash Coaching is rapidly growing because of its ability to truly guide you to internet marketing success. In fact it is almost impossible to fail, unless you literally ignored the training and never asked for help.

Bear in mind that the recent launch of PPC domination, sold for nearly $500 alone, we include PPC mastery at no extra cost, and the same with SEO or any other skill or strategy that is offered. Everything you need is there for you.

More recently, the company announced exciting new changes with the introduction of a live daily teleseminar, where prospects could learn all about the company and the opportunity on offer. This is an ideal arrangement for anyone that is a little bit nervous about telephoning their prospects and would prefer the company to handle sales for them.

Just take the time now, to take a tour of the website. Get details of the next teleseminar, or take advantage of the free 30 day trial, where you can get a real feel of just how good this company is.

Meditation – Quiet Your Chattering Mind

Have You Ever Tried Meditation?

Our minds are almost like a seperate entity. They dictate how we think we feel. They whir away, multitasking as we go about our day. They are quite wonderful, and yet often quite destructive.

The pressures of everyday life can lead to overload. We become mentally weary, confused and agitated and hard to live with, and we often don’t realize just how pressured we have become.

A Life Coach would help you to order your mind. He would help identify things that hold you back, build self esteem and in time be able to help you to construct a totally new you – filled with self confidence and able to conquer almost all of life’s hurdles. But of course employing your own life coach would be somewhat costly, so meditation is a cost free, self help alternative, that once mastered can make massive shifts in your well being.

Meditation is probably one of the most valuable things I ever learned, so if you can absorb this offering, you can benefit greatly, from the peace and tranquility that meditation can offer.

You may think of yourself as being your mind. You are the thinking entity in your head, but that’s not quite true. You have a fascinating and complex relationship with your thinking mind. It works constantly,  saying words, forming images and handling masses of data.

Have you ever tried to say out loud, every thought that passes through your mind? If  you tried for just one minute, you would realize just how vast a number there is, and you would appreciate just how bizarre many of them are. Our minds are endlessly awash with thoughts. Some positive, some negative, some powerful some vague.

Meditation is a way to slow down and control the thinking mind. You gain peace and tranquility and you gain access to the inner workings of yourself.

What is Meditation?

Here’s an analogy. Imagine yourself within your thoughts. You are in a turbulent, fast flowing river of thoughts. They carry you along in unpredictable ways. From time to time, you are dragged under and struggle to breathe. You drag along the bottom of the river, hitting boulders and feeling pain and discomfort.

Meditation is a way to climb out of the river and to sit in sunshine on the grassy banks that line the river, and from there you can watch your thoughts. You can learn much more about the river you normally swim in. You will also learn to be fully conscious, existing in the present moment, rather than running in auto pilot. It is a superb addition to ones Person development.

How To Meditate.

Meditation is simple, but not easy. You’ll need humility and patient practice before you begin to feel any major benefits. It seems unfair, that those who need it the most, will find it more difficult to master, but here’s a good way to start:-

Put yourself in a quiet, relaxed environment. Be quietly alert as if you are waiting for the start of a movie.

The meditating mind needs a focal point, so lets focus on our breathing. Breathe in, think in, breathe out think out, then breath in and think in 1-2-3. out 1-2-3, trying to eliminate any stray thoughts or mind wanderings. This is difficult to do and you will persistantly fail , but persevere. Each time you fail, acknowledge that you strayed, almost like a third person commenting on the failure in a nice way. Do not become angry or frustrated, just persevere for 5 minutes or so.

Do this often and you’ll get better at it. Your straying thoughts less frequent, you’ll spot them sooner and dismiss them quicker, and you’ll spend more time in a meditative state.

Extend your sessions to 10 and then 15 mins. You’ll no longer need to count and you can just concentrate on breathing, so you’ll go into a meditative state quicker and more reliably.

When you are reasonably good  at this you wil be able to spend several minutes at a time without major distractions. You will begin to feel the benefits of a quiet mind, and you’ll be ready to use your meditative state to explore.

Using Meditation

Once you can enter a meditative state, you can use it in a number of ways.

Firstly the meditative state is a pleasant one. You can use it as respite for your troubled life. Half an hour, or even 15 minutes will leave you refreshed. Even 1 minute of meditation can defuse difficult times and provide welcome relaxation and a broader prospective. Secondly, you can perform “directed meditations” like these examples:-

1. The Lake.

Lay down to meditate……….. See a large lake. A vast body of water. It is cradled snugly by ancient rocks. Mother earth in all her glory. The water is cool dark and still. Strong winds above may cause ripples at the surface, but the body of the lake is unnafected.

Become the lake. Any problems in your life arre just ripples on the surface and not likely to disturb the essence of what you are. Water parts easily allowing things to pass through it, yet the essence of what it is, remains unchanged. You can do the same. Your lake always finds its own level. Inevitable tranquility. When calm, the surface of the lake reflects the sky and the trees. Now that you are a lake. How does your surface look now.

This meditation is about discovering your nature. Recognising your intrinsic stability and proportioning the other elements in your life that affect you. It is not only relaxing and comforting, but also offers strength to deal in peace and calm with life’s events.

Each time you visit, you will find new things and get deeper insights. The insights you gain will alter your perceptions, your beliefs and your reality.

You will function better and be happier.

2. Dying

This one is excellent….Enter a meditative state……………………………………

In a calm and pleasant way, accept that you are dead. Your life is finally over and your body no longer functions. Look around you and consider the impact of all those things that have troubled your mind for so long.

Do they really matter now. The boss you hated so much for putting you under pressure. Your aging skin. Rush hour traffic. All the decorating you never got round to doing. That ongoing argument with a family member – what a sad waste of time, what a sad waste of love, but its all over now and it doesn’t matter any more. Warm wishes to all you left behind, and oh, the joy of never having to go to work again. The boss you hated was just another human being, bunbling along, confused and hurting, just like you. Let it go. Love and let go. Smile and let go. None of it was ever important now that your here.

This meditation is mostly about letting go of all the things that do not serve you well. Pride, hurt, some principles, pre-conceptions, ambitions, and so much more.

It’s about proportioning life’s events, recognising importance, and prioritising according to our fundamental values. It imparts a deep understanding of yourself and your place in the world.

As with The Lake, each time you visit, you will find new things and deeper insights, and the insights you gain will alter your perceptions, your beliefs and your reality. You will function better and be happier.

And the other good news is, “you ain’t dead yet”.

There is much more to meditation, and taking the time to meditate, repays you many fold

I hope you enjoyed this encounter and I will post more as time goes by.
